Terms of Payment & Cancellation Policy
1. Terms of Payment
Accepted Payment Methods: We offer a variety of secure payment options for your convenience, processed through our trusted payment gateway. These include:
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Digital Wallets (e.g., PayPal)
- Bank Transfer (details provided upon request)
Confirmation & Payment: All bookings are subject to availability. Your booking is only confirmed once full payment is received. The total booking price is payable immediately at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
2. Cancellation Policy
We operate a strict cancellation policy to ensure fairness to both our customers and our tour operators. All cancellation requests must be submitted to us in writing via email to utvsbali@gmail.com.
- Free Cancellation (Full Refund): You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your activity to receive a full refund.
- Please Note: Our payment gateway provider charges a 6% processing fee on all transactions. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the amount returned to you.
- Late Cancellation (No Refund): Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the activity start time, or on the day of the tour, is considered a late cancellation. No refund will be issued for late cancellations, and you will be charged 100% of the total booking price.
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to arrive at the designated pick-up point or tour location at the scheduled time, it will be considered a “no-show.” No refund will be issued, and you will be charged 100% of the total tour price.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during booking. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
